**Responsibilities**:
- Manage online bookings from A to Z
- Work with our highly sophisticated booking software made in-house
- Create custom offers, chat online with our guests and manage availabilities
- Talk with customers on the phone
- Reply trip reviews
- Collaborate with international partners like GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor/Viator, Expedia, TUI/Musement, AirAsia, Klook, KKDay, etc.
- Work closely with local operators in Southern Thailand
**Qualifications**:
- Thai Nationality (Age between 23-35)
- Strong English skills, speaking, reading, writing and understanding
- Work productively and accurately
- Good attitude and enthusiastic personality
- An independent problem solver
- Out-of-the-box thinker
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or related fields
**Expectations**:
- Work in the leading online travel agency in Southern Thailand
