สมัครโปรดคลิกที่ปุ่ม "Apply" **Job Description**: - Aligns with the objectives and targets based on the procurement strategy developed. - Develop and implement commodity strategies for software and system services. - Develop supplier market intelligence, understand supplier market economics, and develop pricing benchmarks. - Sourcing and qualify suppliers, select Technology supplier sourcing approach, and document. - Develop RFP, RFI, identify supplier selection criteria, evaluate RFP/RFQ, supplier negotiation, make recommendation and obtain approval. Support and facilitate procurement committee to review SOW and contract negotiations with suppliers. - Ensures work is delivered within the SLA of each process within selection, negotiation, contracting, delivery, payment, and warranty. - Leads effective communication and negotiation of sourcing agreements with vendors - Participates in the contract management process from vendor acquisition to current operational state - Develop savings plan and review savings forecasting - Mitigate risks, identify, and resolve issues that occur We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
