**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production/material planning strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply planning strategies.
- One of the members to participate S&OP meeting with regional team
- Conduct regular analyses of demand patterns, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely supply planning reports and dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve supply planning processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing supply planning strategies and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in using SAP
- Good command in English
