Leasing/Hire Purchase- Supervise a team responsible for maintenance cost calculations for each car model, determining market prices (residual value) for each model, setting other service costs, and fulfilling additional assignments.
- Analyze and enhance workflow processes and logic pertaining to maintenance cost calculations, market price determination, and other service cost items.
- Formulate corporate strategic plans to enhance overall corporate performance and competitiveness, incorporating system enhancements.
- Develop and collaborate on business plans with relevant stakeholders, particularly within the service department's domain.
- Generate required reports as per assignments.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Age not over 40 years
- Experience in the automotive industry, auto leasing, rental car business, or auto auctions would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, particularly in the context of the used car market and cost structures.**English Level**:
