**Job Detail**:

- Sales Support (JP / Fresh graduate welcomed) (20K-30K) (SDG-92046)
- พนักงานสนับสนุนการขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น / ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)-
- Mission: Receive order from client and manage delivery of trading (Export product to ASEAN countries)
- Receive order from client, understand client's request and ask quotation to internal design engineer team
- Issue quotation to client
- Manage and negotiate delivery schedule with internal(engineers, production control) and customer
- Issue P/O, invoice
- Documentation related export
- Interpret between Japanese and Thai staff
- Other duties assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-2 years' experience as working experience as back-office position in any industry

**Fresh graduates welcomed- Conversational middle level of Japanese (N3 up, mainly require speaking skill)
- Conversational middle level of English (to communicate with clients in overseas countries)
- Not job hopper- Working exp as import/export
- Working experience in manufacturing company
- Working experience as sales support

- ภารกิจ: รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและจัดการการส่งมอบการซื้อขาย (ส่งออกสินค้าไปยังกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน)
- รับ Order จากลูกค้า, ทำความเข้าใจกับความต้องการของลูกค้า, และขอใบเสนอราคากับทีมวิศวกรออกแบบภายใน
- ออกใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดการและเจรจากำหนดการส่งมอบกับภายใน (วิศวกร ฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต) และลูกค้า
- ออก P/O, invoice
- เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก
- ล่ามระหว่างพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่นและชาวไทย
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 22 - 35 ปี- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีในฐานะประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง back-office ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม

**ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่- พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ระดับกลาง (N3 ขึ้นไป, ต้องใช้ทักษะการพูดเป็นหลัก)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าในต่างประเทศ)
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานนำเข้า/ส่งออก
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็น Support ฝ่ายขาย
