Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Skills**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Possessing strong people management skills is important.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Having expertise in SAP and Oracle is preferrable.
Experience in transformation projects can also be a nice additional.
