Job Description:
**Position**: Mechanical Manager (Design)

**Industry**: General Contractor Design, Engineering, Construction, M&E, Project Management Projects: Commercial & Industrial

**Location**: Bangkok

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage mechanical design activities for commercial and industrial building projects.
- Develop and review mechanical system designs including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services.
- Ensure designs comply with Thai building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design staff.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues.
- Support project bidding and cost estimation processes with technical input.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for design approvals and permits.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures for design deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design work, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.
- Possession of a Mechanical Engineer License (2nd Class) is mandatory.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM tools (Revit).
- Strong skills in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) for communication with international clients and consultants.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
