**Coating Technician**Mitsuwa Chemical (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. - Phanthong, Chonburi

It can be engaged in all Coating section.

The Company has business operation in three factories located in Japan, Philippines and Thailand.

We manufacture primarily plastic products for automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, switch knobs for steering wheels. The process starts from development, mold making, molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.

In addition, we are actively pursuing the production of transparent/clear plastic parts, injection molding in clean room environment and molding thermosetting resin to fit maturation and generalization of healthcare-related industries.
- College graduates: Diploma up, preferably Mechanical, Electrical
- At least 1 year of experience for Painting M/C operate & setting, set condition etc.
- Can control Coating M/C and Improvement Defect of coating process.
- Experience in double painting will be advantage.
- Make List Tooling Equipment control if need repair, or change make report (Contact supplier)
- Able to checking and Maintenance Coating Machine.
- Support new model in process Coating
- Control color mixing
- Support Engineer and control operator.
- Must be have ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001 knowledge.
- System and document control ( ISO /TS & etc ).
- 5S Injection area
- Crashing area improvement 5S all topics and support Management team
