- 1、Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights to inform decision-making.
2、Plan and manage key regional intiatives and projects, drive growth and customer engagement
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement.
4、Develop and enable operation SOP for the Digital Goods category, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation and team efficiency.
5、Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, both internally and externally, to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

**Job Requirements**
- 1、More than 6 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably in the digital goods or e-commerce industry.
2、Proven track record in project management, with a focus on driving growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
3、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and building effective partnerships.
5、Fluent in English, with the ability to navigate a multicultural work environment
6' Fluency in Chinese will be advantageous as this role will work with Mandarin speaking Product Counterparts
