We innovate through a culture of experimentation and ownership, enhancing the ability for our customers to experience the world. **The Opportunity** **In This Role, You'll Get To** - Be a go-to person for all financial and billing questions or issues. - Manage all financial tasks for the Department, including processing critical transactions with sense of urgency. - Work with the Legal Operations Manager on budgeting and forecasting. - Perform as the final reviewer of Legal invoices in Legal Tracker (Legal E-billing tool). - Manage matters, users, approval routes, and all data in Legal Tracker and keep track of all changes for audit purposes. - Help with vendor management tasks such as vendor onboarding, registration, and screening. - Act as soundboard for the Legal Operations Team and provide practical advice to help improve the efficiency of relevant tasks or processes. - Help collect, track, analyze, and report on the required data. - Support the Legal team on other general data and reporting tasks as assigned. **What You'll Need To Succeed** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration - At least **2-3 years** of work experience in related tasks - **Fluency in English** in a business environment. - Familiar with Oracle software - Excellent clear communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (a "can-do" attitude) to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships. - Experience with supporting Legal department or familiarity with Legal processes and technologies is highly desired. - Tech-oriented: ability to understand standard logics and functionality of new software. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Intellectual curiosity, open - mindedness and a willingness to learn. - Experience with international company is a plus. - Understand the nature of a fast-paced business environment. accounting#operations#Bangkok#legal#entrylevel **Equal Opportunity Employer** At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
