**Responsibilities & Qualifications Urgent**
- Responsibility for all daily income of the hotel and ensuring all relevant are correctly and completely recorded in the accounting system
- Prepare and check various reports e.9. Aging Report, andIn-house Overdue Report and take appropriate action.
- Sending reminder letters regularly and maintaining the outstanding balance with the customer.
- Ensure that the posting of all charges, rebates and collections to the individual city ledger accounts is up to date.
- To post all transaction in the revenue journal and post into the allowance journal any adjustments which may occurafter those sales receipts are confirmed.
- Reconciliations of transaction received in bank statement.
- Familiar with the computer skill, Comanche system.
- Problem analysis/resolution skills, Leadership skills.
- Knowledge and experience in credit control
- Thai nationality only
