**Job Summary**:
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams, including Product, Sales, Credit Risk, Operations, and IT. Share broad responsibilities with all retail loan product managers, with more focus on a specific aspect of the user’s experience with data driven process.

**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- **Develop User-Centric Insights**
Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors across all retail loan products by leveraging Originate tools (Thinker tools) to analyze key stakeholder and business user data. Identify common patterns and design experiments to test and validate actionable insights that inform product improvements.
- **Backlog and Feature Management**
Create, prioritize, and maintain feature lists and user stories in the product/service backlog to ensure a clear development focus, team alignment, and consistency with strategic business objectives.
- **System Integration and Data Reliability**
Understand how Originate tools (Thinker tools)integrate with one another and how they interact with legacy systems (e.g., NDID, NCB, Sanction List, DStatement, FDL,CoreBank Loan) to ensure accurate, consistent, and trusted data sourcing across the platform ecosystem.
- **Post-Rollout Platform Ownership**
Maintain and continuously enhance the Thinker platform after rollout by managing business requirements and change requests. Ensure timely analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements to support evolving business needs and drive operational efficiency.

**Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- New graduates are welcome
