**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**DAILY STOCK HANDLING MANAGEMENT**
- Perform quality check control and report all defective products for reception and departure
- Check and verify stock discrepancies and update stock record inventories
- Ensure the accurate price labelling of stock arrival and update correct price tag for existing inventory
- Responsible for receiving and transferring stocks among boutiques and headquarter. Verify the accuracy of information is updated on the system.
- Pack transferred products securely and make appointment with delivery vendor
- Monitor boutique stock reservation and special order
- Organize VM display materials in boutique

**TRANSFER & RESERVATION OF MERCHANDISE**
- Be a contact person to work with Sales & Operations for all stock transfer and special order
- In charge for all return shipment

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum High school Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in stock management from retail business (luxury retail is a plus)
- Good Organization skills and details oriented
- Service focused, flexibility and team spirit
- Good in Computer skills (MS Words, SAP is a plus)
- Good command in Thai and knowledgeable in English
