**Your Role**:
You will be in charge of multi-production processes; Rubber, Metal, and Bicycle. You will manage supply & production planning with suppliers in different locations in Thailand. You will be based at our Thailand office; Decathlon Bangna. However, there will be a regular on-site visit to supplier factories.

**Your Main Mission**:

- You make your products available at the right time, the right place, and at the best cost.
- By identifying the risks and finding solutions, you use the Continuous Improvement (CI)/ Lean concept to make your suppliers autonomous and continuously improve their performances (Supply, Quality, Sustainable Development, Process).
- You manage production capacity with your suppliers according to the seasonality of your products.
- You define the S&OP of key products with your customers and collaborate with your suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- You collaborate on a daily basis with suppliers, and customers including logistic service providers to ensure the ON-TIME delivery of your products to each custom zone.
- You deploy continuous improvement actions with your suppliers to improve SUPPLY performances and/or anticipate the SUPPLY risks.
- You manage the economic performances of your activities and lead negotiations with your suppliers.
- You manage the catalog of your products and ensure the reliability of information (price, lead time, capacity, product details) for each product.

**Qualification**:

- You are active, and lively and practice sports regularly.
- You are fluent in English (Oral & Written) and have strong communication skills.
- You have experience and/or good fundamentals in SUPPLY CHAIN management and strong capability in HUMAN & PROJECT management and Continuous Improvement (CI) / Lean manufacturing mindset.
- You are passionate about the industrial process of managing your activities with suppliers on the field and are capable of managing them by distance.
- You have good analytical skills and are proficient in Excel & SUPPLY tools.
- You are a team player, open-minded, curious, and have an entrepreneurial mindset; a go-get-it and can-do attitude.
