**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for maintenance of all facility system machinery, equipment and building.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Maintenance**

a) Scheduling and perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities in EAM system

b) Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

c) Ensure that EAM system is well maintained and updated for preventive maintenance schedule, demand maintenance and spare parts inventory.

d) Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

e) Supervise and train maintenance technicians

f) Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance

g) Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

h) Ensure adherence to quality standards and Environmental health and safety regulations

i) Maintain supplier approval program according to related procedure

j) Review, purchase and verify parts according to the specification

k) On-call status on a 24 house basis

**2. General**

a) Assist with special projects as directed by facility management and Corporate Maintenance and Engineering

b) Submit reports as required

c) Perform RSO/ Alternate RSO duties

d) Perform EH&S officer duties

**Indirect**:None

**EDUCATION/EXERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experienced.

**Specific areas of experience**:

- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor for (3-5) year(s)
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and regulations
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management

**TRAINING REQUIRED**:Must complete training as specified in LMS
