We serve a large variety of end markets and our products can be found in thousands of consumer products around the world. These include Animal Nutrition, Biorefinery, Dietary Supplements, Beverage, Home Care, Microbial Control, Perfumery, Food, Personal Care, Pharma.

IFF is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as **Operator - RMP**. This role is based in Thailand and will report to RMP Supervisor, Thailand.

**How You Will Contribute**
- Receive raw materials, packaging, and other supplies per work instructions.
- Operate, maintain, clean all equipment/area associated with the various raw material operations.
- Communicate raw material quality issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to appropriate parties.
- Moving and coordination of raw material/packaging items between warehouses and external manufacturers.
- Manage inventory for responsible products ensuring flow, and that non-productive inventory is identified appropriately dispositioned, and worked to resolution.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations (ISO 14001:2015, GMP, HACCP FSSC:22000 HALA and HALAL MUI)
- Complete all paperwork as required and run any necessary reports that might be needed.

**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- High School Diploma.
- Having experience 1-2 years in food industrial would be an advantage.
- Team player, ability to learn fast, open minded, pro-active.
- Decision making & problem-solving skills or ability to potentially developed.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill.
