**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and responding to customers promptly by telephone, face-to-face, electronically, or over various Social Media platforms.
- Handling and resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Preparing various weekly and monthly reports.
- Booking and arranging meeting and interview rooms and providing assistance to recruitment consultants as required.
- Handling and transferring incoming calls and documents, and dealing with incoming mail.
- Performing a variety of other assignments as requested.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience in administration, coordination, or a Receptionist/Front of House role.
- Good command of English.
- Pleasant and friendly with an outgoing personality.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Facebook, Line, etc.
- Well organized with a service mind.
- A smart appearance.
