**_Major Responsibilities_**
- Coordination of production cost information management And documents to support various certificates and coordinate relevant agencies
- Prepare a summary report on production and inventory
- Check the list of tax cards
- Gather information about the department's budget and key-in expenses in the system, including tracking such expenses.
- Coordinate with the documents for reimbursing samples of polymer products for testing at customers.
- Manage related documents in the department
- Special assignment, safety awareness etc.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree, Field : Business Administration in Marketing or other related field
- Minimum Year : 0-3 years
- Experience in : Have knowledge/experience in petrochemical and plastic industry and/or marketing in related industries and/or customer service, management, documentation and/or SAP systems
