1. Job responsibilities

**Graphic Designer for Print, Web Banners, and Website Support**

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Creating Print Materials for the Center and Related Projects**:

- Design print materials, including posters, flyers, coupons, business cards, and outdoor advertising elements (such as vinyl banners) for cultural programs, festivals, and other center events.
- Prepare print-ready layouts that meet all technical requirements of the print shop, ensuring quality control of printed materials.
- Proficiency in using Canva to create and adapt templates for print-ready materials.

2. **Developing Web Banners and Social Media Content**:

- Create web banners for advertising campaigns and visuals for social media, including creative content for Reels, stories, headers, and covers for various platforms.
- Support advertising campaigns by developing visual materials that maintain a cohesive style and align with the brand.

3. **Website Support and Design for the Center on the Tilda Platform**:

- Update website content for the center, adding new events and programs according to the cultural program schedule.
- Design and redesign website elements, add new pages and sections as needed, and ensure the information is current and visually engaging.
- Optimize website elements to enhance user experience and ease of navigation.

4. **Coordination with Internal Departments**:

- Communicate with the administrative, advertising, and cultural departments to obtain and clarify project information, discuss requirements, and make revisions to materials.
- Maintain regular contact with other teams to effectively plan and execute tasks and receive timely feedback.

5. **Ensuring Consistency of Visual Style and Adherence to Brand Guidelines**:

- Maintain a cohesive visual style across print, web, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are followed in each project.
- Manage a library of templates and creative assets for easy reuse and quick adaptation for new tasks.

6. **Adapting Materials for Various Formats and Media**:

- Adapt graphics and designs to fit different formats for print, web, and social media, considering the specific technical requirements of each platform.
- Quickly prepare layouts and adapt them for multiple media (web, print, outdoor advertising) to ensure visual consistency.
