**Job Detail**:

- Transport Manager (50K-65K) (SDG-97245)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขนส่ง-
- Plan and track customer
- Prepare quotations to present to customers
- Manage appropriate cost management
- Preparation of transport documents according to the route requested by the customer.
- Plan the bus operation in accordance with the agreement with the customer.
- Supervise the maintenance work to be ready to work.
- Manage costs from customer service
- Follow up to prevent accidents (Safety)
- Manage support areas and product distribution
- Management of returned products, returning TMT/ TPCAP
- Design, set maintenance standards
- Procurement of garages or service centers as appropriate
- Assess the nature of repair work and procurement of spare parts.
- Collecting data, maintenance work and planning
- Gather information, collect transportation charges (review with customers)
- Prepare Pre Invoice documents for accounts to issue IN VOICE- วางแผนและติดตามลูกค้า
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาเพื่อนำเสนอต่อลูกค้า
- บริหารต้นทุนให้เหมาะสม
- จัดทำเอกสารการขนส่งตามเส้นทางที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ
- วางแผนการเดินรถให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงกับลูกค้า
- ดูแลงานซ่อมบำรุงให้พร้อมปฏิบัติงาน
- จัดการค่าใช้จ่ายจากการบริการลูกค้า
- ติดตามการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ (Safety)
- จัดการพื้นที่สนับสนุนและการกระจายสินค้า
- การจัดการสินค้าที่ส่งคืน การส่งคืน TMT/ TPCAP
- ออกแบบ กำหนดมาตรฐานการบำรุงรักษา
- จัดหาอู่หรือศูนย์บริการตามความเหมาะสม
- ประเมินลักษณะงานซ่อมและจัดหาอะไหล่
- รวบรวมข้อมูล งานบำรุงรักษา และวางแผน
- รวบรวมข้อมูล เก็บค่าบริการขนส่ง (ตรวจสอบกับลูกค้า)
- เตรียมเอกสาร Pre Invoice สำหรับบัญชีเพื่อออก IN VOICE
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related
- More than 10 years of direct experience in transportation management
- Having experience in managing transportation
- Management experience
- Strong management costs
- Good command of English (making reports, presenting work, discussing with foreign executives)- From Freight forwarding / Storage Service / Warehousing and Distribution
- Can speak Japanese

- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : None
- Workplace Area: Airport Rail Link Ramkhamhaeng
- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday > WIO probation half day SAT 08:30 -12:00)
