**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the design of all information technology systems and infrastructure.
- Facilitate and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Configure and administer a defined technology/system (e.g., Hardware, Operating Systems) in support of on-going operations and projects.
- Provides solution to integrated hardware, software, system infrastructure, data back-up and recovery specifications.
- Manage incidents and requests for a defined technology environment.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in related position.
- Have a knowledge in SQL Database or any Database.
- Data Backup and recovery software
- Must be able to troubleshoot and solve computer problems.
- Understanding Network and Basic TCP/IP (OSI Model)
- Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills
- English communication would be advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
