CC's Hideaway is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a **Night Manager**. As the face of our hotel during the overnight hours, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Nightly Financial Audit**:

- Verify and reconcile guest charges, cash, and credit card transactions with precision.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review.

**Guest Services**:

- Greet and check in late-arriving guests, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Handle guest inquiries about packages, services, and reservations promptly and courteously.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Assist guests with special needs or requests during their stay.

**Security and Safety**:

- Monitor the property to ensure a secure and peaceful environment during the night shift.
- Report suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures, including fire safety and evacuation protocols.

**Reservations and Front Desk Operations**:

- Handle new reservations, cancellations, and updates to existing bookings efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, packages, and local attractions to guests.
- Complete the night audit checklist and process check-outs for departing guests.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during the evening or night hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability and cleanliness.
- Prepare handover reports for the morning team to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and accounts.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations, guest preferences, and operational needs.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between guests and hotel management during the night shift.
- Communicate guest requests and important updates to the relevant departments.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel night audit, front desk, or supervisory roles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication written & verbal.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Availability for nighttime hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Benefits**:

- Salary range: ฿19,000.00 - ฿22,000.00+ per month (based on experience).
