**Overview**
- Provide strategic financial input & leadership to RJN Management and Financial team
- Validate accounting entries and reporting of all Operation transaction (In Balance sheet & P&L)
- Budgeting control and tracking actual performance against budget for Operation activities.
- Compliance, monitoring and development of internal control, policies and Operation processes.
- Interface with Plant Management Team & Bangkok office
- Coordinate and follow up internal control agenda across operation teams
- Ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of manufacturing plants.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurate and timely recording of all transactions and Operation reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and processes, external requirement i.e. BOI, Revenue Department
- Monitoring risks associated with inventory obsolete/variance.
- Tracking actual performance against budget and providing financial support to operation team.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy of period end closing of on balance sheet and P&L item that related to manufacturing items.
- Review Inventory provision RM PM FG of RJN.
- Review the cost and MOH for period end closing.
- Review Production Variance
- Carry out booking of costing transactions & analyze variances on a monthly basis
- Sign off Fixed Asset section, Control CapEx investment to align with Accounting policy

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree of Accounting is a must.
- Have at least 10-year experience in cost accounting in any industry
- Minimum 5-year experience in Finance function at manager level
- Strong in SAP in costing and manufacturing module.
- Deep dive details, excellent analytical ability with good to convert data into business insight.
- Good communication (Thai & English)
- Growth mindset, Can-do attitude, emotional intelligence
