Our client is manufacturing industrial products.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling inquiries from field sales covering Thailand Market.
- Verifying field sales inquiries based on a complete checklist, customers, and company profile in CRM.
- Providing official quotation under opportunity in CRM by field Sales margin guidelines.
- Monitoring customers' order amount against the outstanding payment before accepting customers' new orders.
- Monitoring Thailand customers (locally and a few overseas) monthly and year-to-date (YTD) order statistics.
- Updating and consolidating the database of Thailand market information in a common server with access Sales and Marketing team.
- Supporting field sales for Seminars, Exhibitions, all marketing activities, and consolidating event expenses.
- Coordinating and monitoring those associations’ memberships.
- Backing up and updating hardcopy catalogs and keeping the latest softcopy on the server quarterly.
- Backing up latest presentation material in server-Sales and Marketing shared folder.
- Handling other tasks assigned by the Sales and Marketing Team.

**Qualifications**
- Vocational or up to 4 years course preferably major in English or course related to administration.
- 1-2 years minimum experience in administration and/or sales support.
- English Skills (Good command of Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening).
- Computer Skills (MS Office and digital art are an advantage).
- Skills in Interpersonal Relations and Coordination.
- Problem-Solving Skills (Innovative and creative thinking, a lateral mindset, adaptability, and flexibility).
- Management Skills (Planning, Control, Monitoring, and Evaluation).
- Able to work under pressure.
