Our client's business is Fertilizer Chemical (B2B).

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and executing personnel development strategies, including skill and knowledge enhancement plans for employees to improve job performance.
- Leading recruitment and selection processes, defining qualifications and criteria suitable for various positions within the organization.
- Managing training and development initiatives, providing guidance and support for employee training to meet organizational requirements.
- Supporting HR policies aligned with the organization's values and goals to foster adaptability and manage change.
- Handling personnel management and HR budgeting to ensure efficient operations within the specified budget framework.
- Planning for long-term career development, enabling employees to grow within the organization.
- Strategically planning and controlling HR projects to ensure they are suitable and achieve targeted results.
- Generating reports and analyze HR activities and outcomes, providing valuable insights for decision-making and organizational planning.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Experience: Professional experience in HR management, personnel development, or related roles for at least 5 years; experience in large organizations is a plus.

**Skills**
- Planning and project management skills, including budget management.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of HR, learning and development, recruitment, and personnel management within an organization.
- Team management: Ability to lead and guide teams and personnel towards success.
