Senior Compliance Manager

PRTR is working with one of the well-known financial services in Thailand. They are now looking for a Senior Compliance Manager.
- Keeping track of regulatory updates and disseminating them to all departments.
- Providing Compliance training to various departments.
- Directing, counseling, and instructing audit executives assigned to the audit. Review their work for sufficiency of scope, relevance, and reliability.
- Reviewing business processes and performing structured risk management assessments for each audit area.
- Performing appropriate sample testing to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and the efficiency of the performance of activities under review.
- Preparing audit findings and making recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations, and reducing costs.
- Assisting in reviewing newly drafted policies and procedures for adequacy of controls and efficiency, for all business operations functions.
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management and Audit Committee.
- Ensuring compliance with the rules and guidelines of SET, SEC, AMLO, and the company's internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare documents and attend the audit committee meeting. Board of directors And other related meetings
- Preparing a monthly summary report of the control inspection to report to the management meeting.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
- At least 10 years of compliance experience in a listed company.
- Experience in the securities business is a must.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
