**Job Description** Position Overview**

The GSR Team Leader works at assigned locations and events, speaking to Customers in order to persuade them to attend a presentation with Anantara Vacation Club. They work closely with the general public, and with hotel colleagues.

The GSR Team Leader oversees a small team of GSRs. They must ensure the production of qualified tours through direct bookings, lead generation or package sales and overseeing all the operational delivery of various on-site programs and campaigns. They work in accordance with budget targets established for each of AVC’s Preview Centres.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure performance of the following, both for you personally and for the GSRs under your leadership:

- Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locations.
- Know the package and rewards you are promoting to the public in appreciation of attending a sales presentation.
- Know the Preview Centre locations and assist the customer with maps and directions on how to get to their selected Preview Centre.
- Complete necessary paperwork for tour bookings generated during your designated shift.
- Call your booked guests the night prior to their preview date to confirm their attendance if required.
- Ensure sufficient collateral is in good condition and working order.
- Ensure your work location is neat and tidy.
- Attend scheduled team meetings.
- Phone Marketing Administration with tour bookings generated during your designated shift.
- Drive tour delivery from GSR, In-House, Referrals and all booth attendance.
- Drive potential qualified prospective leads from all GSR sites.
- Drive potential minivacation packages (hotel linkage) from specific GSR sites where Hotel Linkage mechanism is applicable.

**Qualifications** Key Performance Indicators**:
Performance reviews will be conducted on a regular basis and may require coaching programs to enhance skills and overall productivity. This position will be measured against the following criteria:

- Achieving budget requirements in relation to qualified tours, leads and package sales.
- Level of spoken English, and other targeted languages as required.
- Demonstrating confidence and personality to repeatedly open new conversations with potential customers from all over the world.
- Self motivation and focus on meeting targets.
- Ability to work well in a 5-star environment, ensuring that AVC operational standards are met in relation to Team Values and Goals.
- Displaying personal motivation and effort to assist in the smooth operation and profitable performance of all promotional events.
- Demonstrating willingness to always improve knowledge.

**Additional Information** Working Days and Hours**

Your working days are a minimum of 5 days per week. Your working hours must be flexible depending on the reasonable demands of the business.
