**Creative Producer**

The Creative Producer is an essential part in every project from start to finish, with opportunities to work on projects from commercials to branded content and documentaries.We are a small but ambitious team, so adaptability, attention to detail and a can-do approach is essential. This is an opportunity for people with varied backgrounds such as freelance journalists, writers, researchers, TV producers, directors or video commissioners.Story idea creation, collaboration and active participation in delivering creative across film, editorial, social, OOH and beyond is key.-
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and generate original story leads
- Develop proactive formats that can be pitched to mainstream broadcasters for social, linear and streaming platforms
- Analyze briefs and develop key cultural insights
- Develop treatments that translate ideas to clients and collaborators
- Create and pitch inspiring branded film campaigns that translate client goals into compelling content
- Oversee and work collaboratively to deliver projects from ideation to completion
- Liaise with production team on budgets and project feasibility
- Keep up to date with industry and technological advancements
- Keep up to speed with cultural trends and conversations
- Talent spotting and casting
- Quality control to all projects from start to finish

**Requirements**:

- Strong writing skills
- Visual eye
- Bank of visual and film references
- Proficient in social media strategies
- Excellent communication both written and verbally
- Engaged and interested in culture
- Independent, creative, proactive thinker
- Experience of film and photography shoots
- Knowledge of relevant creative partners, photographers, directors, artists, designers
- Able to work closely with in-house creative, design, production and account management
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant field (film production, TV, in-house, agency, media, publishing, editorial)
