Scrap and Rework Collection Operator(Tb)

Your tasks

To respond for collect the scrap in Tire Building production area to achieve quality of product comforming with standard and safety of working environment
- Be proficient for collect scrap in Tire Building production area
- Maintain and improve delivery of rework / work off in Tire Building production area
- Comply safety regulation to perform any operation
- Report to Tire Building Shift Leader
- Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in

case of unsafe or polluting hazards
- Skillfully collect scrap in Tire Building production area to have the delivery rework and work off which meet production plan per each shift
- Arrange scrap, rework and work off to handle stock
- Collect all of scrap components which meet the quality standard
- Understand types of components and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the stock diff
- Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development
- Utilize given resources worthily

**Profile**:
High vocational certificate with or any related field
0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management
0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
