**About the role - you will**:

- Supervise and lead technician team to support HGA maintenance tasks to produce HGA with high quantity and meet per delivery plan
- Typical duties: Manage technician resources and skills to action on the preventive maintenance, machine repairs and machine setup on the automation machines and tooling, follow maintenance procedure.
- Consolidate shiftly report for the front line issue, root cause and action to engineer and management.
- Initiate Kaizen or improvement idea / or follow up with engineer for long term action plan.
- Control HGA quality by monitoring the machine KPIVs and KPOVs, via the Tableau or log file. Assign team to take immediately action if detect the out of control.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in any fields.
- More than 3 year working experiences in machines maintenance or related automation technology.
- Good leadership and ability to work across multiple team.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English skill and data analysis technique, are advantage.

**Your experience includes**:

- Background on the automation maintenance and HGA manufacturing process is advantage.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Offices and Teams.
