MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Unilever is embarking on an exciting journey as it moves with agility to meet global changes to the Future of Work. With the launch of several global operational hubs to integrate a seamless E2E recruitment experience that is powered by sourcing for the right skills, using the right technology to onboard its diverse and inclusive Future-fit Talent and projects leading up to it. Hence, the opportunity has arisen for a Talent Partner (TP) Specialist.
- As a TP Specialist, you will be supporting the TP Leader, SEA on TP related projects roll-out and the countries Talent Partners.
- In this role, you will utilize your media savvy skills to post on social media sites, utilize data analytics mindset and strength in utilizing Microsoft Excel and be willing to jump into whatever that is needed with an outstanding “can-do” attitude. Your team will look to you to be a trusted advisor that understands how to be confidential in a TP/ HR setting. You will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, boundless resilience and agile mindset that will promote best practices and solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaboration, Projects and Recruitment:
- You will work closely with the TP teams in-countries on key projects and initiatives while partnering in coordinating efforts with internal Hub.
- Provide end-to-end sourcing and recruiting support as needed to the in-countries TP team and interact with the hiring managers.
- Lead the development of given projects, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency as part of our continuous improvements in the way we work.
- Proactive talent mapping as part of our strategic workforce planning across the business units.
- Talent and Market Insights assignments.
System:
- You will own the report tracker of TP teams in SEA alongside Hub and TP team to enable tracking and optimizing automated reports and analytics.
Social media and Employee Referral Program:
- You will partake and involve in posting content on social media sites for TP on a regular cadence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field with 3-6 years of successful experience working in a Recruiting/ Talent Management/ Human Resources role.
- Solid Excel skills including formulas and reporting.
- Experience in using Workday Recruitment ATS in driving process excellence, innovation and data integrity.
- Ability to handle high level detail with proven organizational skills is a must.
- Track record of delivering the very best in customer service.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
- Must take initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problems.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to take initiative.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
