**Job Description**:
To handle all reservation requests promptly in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that all required information is secured as per procedures to provide maximum guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- At least Bachelor Degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience in Sales or reservation, or Front Officer
- Completion of New Hire Training - Reservation
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English communication
- Strong in driving results
