- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, arranging seating, and replenishing utensils and condiments.
- Handling guest payments accurately, processing cash, credit card, or other payment methods.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as per the event requirements.
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate food presentation and timely service during banquets or large events.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
