**Responsibilities: 5G Innovation Center Manager**

**EIC Partner Management**:

- Proactively cultivate and maintain strong relationships with 5G Ecosystem partners as mandated by the company, focusing on building trust, fostering open communication, and facilitating collaboration to drive mutual growth and success in the industry.
- Strategically develop the ecosystem partner portfolio in alignment with project requirements
- Drive the development of 5G use cases by identifying opportunities, collaborating with partners to create innovative solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Provide well-informed partner recommendations to the 5G 2B team by conducting thorough research, evaluating partners' capabilities and alignment with project objectives, and leveraging insights from industry trends and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

**5G Alliance**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, DEPA, 5G Alliance, and other stakeholders to initiate project proposals by effectively communicating project goals, sharing resources, and leveraging each party's expertise to create well-rounded and comprehensive plans that address industry needs and drive innovation.
- Oversee the System Integrator (SI) Incubation program by defining objectives, establishing performance metrics, providing guidance and resources, and monitoring progress to ensure the successful development of new and emerging system integrators in the 5G ecosystem.
- Work in close cooperation with the Public Relations team on 5G Alliance operations by aligning messaging, coordinating events and campaigns, and sharing valuable insights to maximize the impact of communication efforts, raise awareness, and promote the goals and achievements of the 5G Alliance.

**Smart City Project**:

- Initiate, plan, implement, and monitor Smart City Projects by identifying project objectives, defining key milestones, allocating resources effectively, and closely tracking progress to ensure the timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes, all while adapting to changes and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate with System Integrators, Operators, and Partners to ensure successful Smart City Project development by fostering strong communication, sharing expertise, and leveraging each stakeholder's unique capabilities to create innovative, sustainable, and efficient urban solutions that benefit both residents and businesses.
- Coordinate efforts with DEPA Thailand Smart City Office by maintaining open channels of communication, aligning project goals and strategies, and sharing best practices to promote a unified approach towards the development and implementation of Smart City initiatives within the country.

**5G Speaker**:

- Represent the organization as a distinguished speaker at 5G EIC and CSIC events, showcasing our innovative solutions and project portfolio, sharing valuable insights and industry expertise, and engaging with stakeholders to foster meaningful dialogue, expand professional networks, and contribute to the ongoing development and advancement of the 5G ecosystem and ICT sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Possess strong technical knowledge in the ICT industry, particularly in 5G2B projects, to navigate challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate experience in partnership management and business development within the ICT industry, cultivating relationships and driving growth.
- Showcase experience in government collaboration and policy recommendation strategy planning, influencing policy decisions that promote organizational and industry interests.
- Exhibit experience with System Integrators and sales teams on project implementation, coordinating efforts across stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Display proficiency in large-scale project strategy planning and execution, effectively managing resources and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Possess experience working with government sector entities, especially municipalities, navigating complex regulatory environments and driving successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate a background in funding proposal creation and end-to-end solution design, identifying opportunities and architecting comprehensive solutions.
- Exhibit broad ICT knowledge and familiarity with IT/Telecom/Cloud solution and project portfolio, representing the organization confidently at various events.
- Display an excellent command of English, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
