Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Lead all new project implementations for Order Fulfilment.
- Own the responsibility for the successful set-up of new Customer VMI Hubs.
- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy, manage stock movements, timely identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Track KPIs associated with inbound receipts into the VMI hubs as well as outbound shipments to customers.
- Work with IT and other internal functions such as BizOps and Finance to drive continuous process improvement.
- Own relationship with VMI hub service providers and ensure adequate process is in place to facilitate timely receipt of WD products into the hub and prompt shipment of WD products out to the customer.
- Create and implement best practices, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational performance.
- Drive and document fulfillment process mapping and serve as system architect on behalf of the fulfillment team to achieve end to end system integration.
- Support new Business Initiatives within and outside the organization to bring about process improvements through effective participation and contribution.

Qualifications**
REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or any fields
- 3-5 years of experience related to Logistics System, IT and other related fields
**PREFERRED**:

- Able to use Oracle Cloud and SAP
- Able to create smart sheet and dashboard
- Able to lead an improvement project
**SKILLS**:

- Good command of spoken and written English, additional foreign language is an advantage
- Computer literacy
- Good analytical skills
- Flexibility due to the dynamics involved in Logistics
