**Field Market Access Manager of Oncology Business.**
To execute market access strategy to expand access in multiple channels. Strategically engage with payers and high-profile key decision makers including Health Authorities, HCPs involved in pricing and reimbursement decision, to impact policy and influence reimbursement decision in alignment with market access strategy and business priorities. Deeply understand target customers concerns and able to analyse and gain insight to identify opportunities, address unmet needs to tackle access challenges. Effectively communication skills and ability to persuasively convey value proposition to specifically address burden of disease, unmet needs and emphasizing both clinical and economic benefits of AZ medicines, in order to create desirable outcomes to support reimbursement.
**Typical Accountabilities**
- Deeply understand value proposition of identified products.
- Execute payer engagement and market access strategy to effectively reach out to target key stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with Market Access team and cross functional team including Commercial team and Medical team and others relevant members to strategically engage key stakeholders in timely manager
- Build strong key advocacy and, network relationships with high level stakeholders and relevant parties to endorse and accelerate reimbursement.
- Be agility at work with flex to fast move in alignment with access strategy to catch up with business priorities and urgency.
- Effectively prioritize account projects/initiatives that address changing customer and market requirements; presents business case for opportunity evaluation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years’ commercial experience in pharmaceutical, including experience engaged with key decision makers in different levels, preferrable at national level.
- Be Agility at work and learning and able to collaborate with cross functional team and work independently.
- Effectively communication skills in specific to influencing, negotiating and problem solving and handling difficult conversations.
- Having sense of urgency and bold mindset
- Competent in necessary customer facing skills
- Prior experience in Market Access, KAM, or Commercial preferable in FLSM
- Ambition to create significant contribution to organization.
