**Requirements:Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree civil engineering or engineering or related field
- Proven at least 5 years experience in project management
- At least 5 years work experience in real estate and construction (both high rise & low rise)
- Comfortable to reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles and understanding of applicable laws
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Possessing creativity thinking, result and details oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp or similar design software would be advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Responsibilities:Role and responsibilities**:

- Study project feasibility and monitor project timeline
- Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan to ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external such as product development, business development, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
