Recommend and implement plans with the purpose of achieving standards and objectives under the STP (Sustainable Tobacco Program), ESG and related projects and initiatives to tobacco growers and their communities within defined areas of country or tobacco growing areas. Liaise and coordinate (Integrate) with Agronomy field department to achieve goals and objectives. Monitor, track and coordinate all activities under all the STP/ESG pillars with timely progress review. Coordinate with all necessary stakeholders including government, community, tobacco farmers, third party contractors, NGO's, suppliers, legal and customers to ensure meaningful relationships to promote successful outcomes. Formulate training programs for Field Technicians and farmers covering STP/ESG Pillars. Monitor and track GMS data collection and collation. Participate in long term strategy development and budget planning.
