- Present ideas and communicate with leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Perform market analysis and devise marketing strategies
- Develop a marketing plan, including PR and campaigns, that align with the Project
- Lead and provide oversight on the marketing program, covering all online (shooting for adds, Facebook pages, websites) and offline marketing activities
- Keep abreast of the current market trends and competitions and initiate improvement directives to adjust marketing strategies and tactics
- Determine the selling price of each project that our company has a development plan
