- **3 - 5 years relevant networking professional experience in design, development, and support of enterprise database.**:

- **In depth SQL Server Database Administration experience.**:

- **Experience of managing multiple MS SQL 2008 & 2012 RDBMS, DB2, MS SQL/Server on large systems**:

- **Must be able to demonstrate expert skills in database performance configuration, troubleshooting, and resiliency (High Availability, Replication, and Clustering).**:

- **Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service.**:

- **Experience of Transactional SQL, and DTS stored procedures.**:

- **Practical experience in managing the internal and external MS SQL database security**:

- **Experience working in a team-oriented help-desk or customer service environment as an advanced or escalation position.**:

- **Basic understanding of data storage concepts and terminology.**:

- **Excellent analytical and expert troubleshooting skills with end-users/customers, partners, and OEMs.**:

- **Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- **Able to focus on difficult challenges works well in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Basic understanding of performance metrics and support environments.**
