หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Monitor daily accounting operations, responsible for full set of accounts and statutory accounting for the Thailand
- Verify the transaction and documentation on payment and collection
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting information and report directly to the accounting manager
- Reviewing fixed asset physical counts, preparing to write off asset lists, and monitoring and controlling the property/asset register and depreciation calculation sheet
- The full scope of statutory filling and tax filling and ensuring tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Ch)
- Responsible for month-end closing including prepare/review periodic reconciliation report for Bank, related companies transaction, fixed asset and other necessary balance sheet items (if needed)
- Process specialized information, reports and forms, such as for fees, billing, project tracking, etc. and enter information into a financial accounting system.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide support when required by auditors
- Coordinate with other departments to enable an effective financial and accounting system
- Other financial and/or accounting related tasks are to be performed as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- 3-5 years of related work experience, audit experience will be of advantage
- Excellent Speaking and written ability (English and Thai) is required.
- proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup) and PowerPoint
- Accuracy and an eye for detail is essential for this position
- Able to work independently with efficiency and able to meet tight deadline
- Committed team player with positive learning attitude and self-motivated
- Have a flexible approach to work and a 'can do' attitude. Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company
- CPD license or other international accounting qualifications are preferred
- Prior experience in lending, bank and finance companies is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English.
