Coordinate with customer, seller, related department, and out-sourcing third party effectively.
Able to create Claims IT requisition and UAT claims system for new product implementation and Claims process improvement within the timeline.
Support claims information to all internal and external customers within the timeline and correct information.

**Minimum requirements**: Graduate/ Post Graduate, with preference to the background in Technical Areas as Medical.
Experienced 3 years++ in Life Insurance.
Ability to deal with the queries of field force distribution on client cases and manages a positive relationship with effective negotiation skills.
Stress tolerance under pressure.
