Manage existing customers and develop new potential opportunities.
- Understand customer's needs, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Managing customer RFQ/RFP, check, and buy-off for submission.
- Reviewing Business contracts, manufacturing service agreements, and negotiations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Led team to achieve sales plan and fulfill customer escalation.
- Monthly PL activity for continuous improvement on cost reduction for expenses.

As Program Manager
- Manage Organization’s Program and guide Program/Project team to meet business and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate the product launching and making it known to the customers and operation team.
- Convert product files from customer to organization Documents.
- BOM set up Knowledge
- Ensure that product schedules are followed during its development to 1st Mass Production.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Operation Sales and others to ensure smooth operation across in/out of product as per customer demand.

R&R

1) Manage existing customers and develop new Customers.

2) Managing customer RFI/RFQ

3) Reviewing Business contracts, manufacturing service agreements and negotiation

4) Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to support financial planning and decision-making

5) Monthly P&L (profit and loss) activity for continuous improvement on cost reduction for expenses

6) Manage the Organization’s Program and guide the Program/Project team to meet business and customer satisfaction

7) Convert product files from customer to organization Documents

8) Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Operation Sales and others to ensure smooth operation across in/out of product as per customer demand

**Requirements**:
1) In-depth knowledge of the Storage product industry.

2) Experience with EMS, ODM, and OEM manufacturing.

3) Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency advantageous.

**Salary**: ฿50,000.00 - ฿100,000.00 per month
