To sustain the company’s growth, and expand our services, we are currently looking for a **Business Analyst and Assistance Account Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with members of the different Operations teams to gather and document business requirements for data analysis, reporting and potential system improvements.
- Work closely with the April IT teams in both Hong Kong and France to
- Refine and enhance the data model in Snowflake to align with business needs.
- Design, track and ensure the deployment of IT developments requests via JIRA
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards in QlikSense, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights for non-technical team members.
- Work closely with the COO on documenting, streamlining and automating (where possible) the Data Exchange processes for each of our Insurers and Fronting Partners.
- Support the Operations managers in conducting regular reviews and updates of business processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to users on new reports and dashboards.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Act as an Account Manager for the medical assistance team, overseeing client relationships and ensuring service excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles and experience with Snowflake.
- Proficiency in QlikSense or similar BI tools for creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in account management, particularly in medical or health-related fields, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
