1. ออกแบบงานทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรม ทำงานได้ตรงตามแนวทางและแผนงานที่กำหนด
2. จัดทำ BOQ เสนอราคา, BOQ ก่อสร้าง พร้อมเทียบราคาและสั่งซื้อ
3. วางแผนงานก่อสร้าง ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ให้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
4. สามารถจัดตารางการเข้างานของช่างให้สอดคล้องกับระยะเวลากำหนดแล้วเสร็จของงานพร้อมแจ้งกำหนดการดำเนินการงานของแต่ละทีมช่าง
