Distribution Manager

Our client is a global company that develops and manufacture coating solutions for the protective, decorative, marine, container, industrial, and yacht segments. Now they're looking for a Distribution Manager position in Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting a detailed study of the domestic & export territory to ascertain its current business position. Identifying market size potential, competitors, market opportunities, and our potential market positioning & gap to assigned territories.
- Developing strategic channel options plan on driving growth in market shares. Growing revenue and profit through channel penetration (i.e. geographical coverage expansion, channel profile selection).
- Evaluating, managing, and growing the existing channels by developing product assortment strategy and contribution mix expansion.
- Working strategically and managing the channel partners by developing a strong revenue backlog, projects pursuits pipeline, and channel initiative to drive visibility in revenue and profit for 12 months and beyond.
- Collaborating and supporting the channel partners on their project requirements (i.e. RFQ, Tender submissions, events, training, and sales initiatives).
- Collaborating closely with the channel partners' sales force to create a strong value proposition in the export territories.
- Generating and managing leads from BCI, global data, and other data sources.
- Collaborating and aligning with marketing to implement initiatives and campaign activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, or any related disciplines.
- Comes with 4-6 years experience in the regional channel and distribution management arena.
- An extensive ready network in the export markets in South East Asia and Japan market is preferred.
- Proven track records in developing distribution Channels in a regional set up is preferred.
- Able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
