**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, distributors, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, product knowledge, and market trends.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the lubricants industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth.
- Willingness to travel as required.
