  • งานประจำ- 1 - 3 ปี- ชลบุรี- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 18,000 - 35,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
  • General office administration
  • Manage expenses and accounts payable ensuring accurate data entry to sales team
  • Directly work with sales reps to ensure correction of orders
  • Collaborate with accountant team for invoices
  • Manage the online (internal share file) filing
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely deliveries and ex stock
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales and commission reports
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and company’s information
  • Adhoc tasks as required by the team
  • คุณสมบัติ
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support officer
  • Hands on experience with Oracle Net Suite or comparable ERP software
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Female, Age not over 35 years old, New graduated are welcome
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator 1-3 years is a plus
