Esg Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company and develop/continue strong relationships with the local stakeholders (landowners, land occupants, local government units including but not limited to barangay, municipal, etc.)
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all lot and land transactions with target service contract area
- Organize, support, and attend stakeholder meetings/public hearings on behalf of the company
- Conduct surveys to identify the socio-economic profile of a community
- Facilitate third party social and environmental related surveys as deemed necessary
- Ability to maintain complete and accurate records and statistics to develop meaningful reports from this information
- Willing to travel and relocate to assigned project area within country.
- Prepare and implement the ESG workplan at project level.
- Support the contractors and consultants for the on ground environmental and social survey.
- Managing and reporting the grievances throughout the development 7 construction phase.
- Other tasks assigned by management and as deemed necessary which shall be suitable to the Employee’s professional experience.

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor
- Major: Environment & Social aspects like Public Relations, Communication, or equivalent.

**Years of Experience Required**:

- At least 02 years of experience in public relations or any related fields

**Essential Skills and Requirements**:

- Good verbal and written English communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Great interpersonal skills and a team player
- Knowledge of industry best practices/basic knowledge of or willingness to learn (IFC, EP, UNGC principles and its implementation)
- Being familiar with renewable energy and power generation industry is a plus
- Immediate availability is a plus

**Salary Package: 30,000 - 50,000 THB**
