**Inside Sales Representative**

We are looking for a talented, driven and team orientated person for an Inside Sales Representative role that thrives in a fast-paced software sales environment.
**This role will will be based in Thailand (remote)**

**About the role**:
The Inside Sales Rep plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role involves prospecting, outbound lead management, opportunity generation and account management as the successful employee:
Takes responsibility for the timely management, qualification, allocation and reporting of inbound sales leads;
Generates interest in Blancco Technology Group (BTG) solutions through various channels and means of outreach;
Builds relationships with / selling to BTG partners;
Supports the sales effort.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer needs and requirements;
- Qualify, route and report on opportunities to the appropriate personnel for further development and closure;
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest by professionally articulating Blancco’s value proposition;
- Maintain and expand target prospect database within assigned campaigns / verticals.
- Manage, track and report on internal lead management metrics.
- Working with small accounts to sell Blancco solutions.

**Key Experience**
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Documented Track record of over-achievement.
- Strong phone presence.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. (Office 365).

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of Software sales experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT/ Computer Science preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
